The RETOOL project aims to advance our understanding of how
to address the twin challenges of responding to the climate imperative while
strengthening and reinvigorating democratic governance.

MICAD is an innovative project dedicated to the creation of a robust framework for inclusive metropolitan co-planning, focusing on climate and digital transitions globally, with a specific focus on Europe. These transitions are not isolated but complementary forces shaping the future of governance, requiring transdisciplinary collaboration to align ambitions, fill knowledge gaps, and strengthen cooperation
