We are pleased to announce RECODE -MLG participation in the 6th World Planning Schools Congress (WPSC 2026), themed “Peripheral Visions – Rethinking Planning”, taking place in Helsinki, Espoo, and Tampere, Finland, from 29 June to 3 July 2026.
As part of the scientific programme, RECODE will contribute on 30 June at Aalto University in Helsinki (Room U142 U4) to the dedicated panel:
“Governing the EU Transitions: Between Geopolitics and Territorial Governance”, organised by Marjan Marjanovic (University of Lausanne, Switzerland), Yahya Shaker (Politecnico di Torino, Italy) and Anastasiya Ansteeg (Radboud University, The Netherlands) .
The panel will explore how the European Union’s major transitions are reshaping governance frameworks across different territorial scales, addressing the growing interplay between geopolitical dynamics and territorial governance.
